The Heart Behind Mapleheart

Running a construction or trades business involves a lot more than the work happening on-site. There are invoices to manage, materials to order, project costs to track, and bids to prepare. And when you're busy running jobs, the paperwork doesn't always get the attention it needs.

Through my work in procurement, contract administration, and financial operations, I've worked closely with contractors and seen many of the same challenges come up time and again. Missing documentation, unexpected project costs, purchasing delays, and tender requirements that are easy to overlook.

I've also seen how something as simple as an untracked expense or a missed deadline can end up costing a business more than expected.

That's why I started Mapleheart & Co.

With a degree in Business Management and a professional background in procurement, contracts, and financial administration, I wanted to put that experience to work helping contractors manage the business side of what they do.
